This last Sunday of the Church's year is dedicated to the Universal Kingship of Christ; a reminder to us that, as the Easter Vigil says, 'all times belong to Him and all the ages. To Him be honour and glory now and forever'. We can only see life from our own, very limited, experience: this feast reminds us that 'it is in His world that we live and move and have our being' - and, that being so, we can rest in hope and trust that, in Him, all our paths and purposes find their end, all our endeavours (even those we may think have failed) will find their fruition and all our hopes will come to fulfilment. RECENTLY DECEASED
