I was shocked to learn about the bombing in Sri Lanka.
Hundreds of people were killed and hundreds of people were injured.
Please remember them in your prayers.
Lots of young people have been attached with knives in London.
If someone is aggressive towards me the natural response is to be aggressive towards that person.
During Holy Week we heard in the Gospel story how Jesus dealt with violence on the cross.
He said ‘Father forgive them, they don’t know what they do.’
I need to be merciful to others.
I can begin by trying to be gentle in my words and conversations.
